All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or your Local Perfumes account dashboard.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties imposed in their country. Local Perfumes is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs processes.
